I have collaborated with a team of four students to conduct a usability assessment of Flair Airlines desktop website. We have used both qualitative and quantitative research methods to better understand the current state of the digital client experience. The usability test protocol consisted of a background questionnaire, a consent form, a 30-minute usability test session, and a post-session interview.
